I wonder if anyone can help.
My nephew went to visit his parents in America 23rd December, they live in South Carolina so there's not a direct flight. To begin with the flight from Heathrow was delayed by 5 hours, so he missed his connecting flight they put him up in a hotel and was put on the morning flight which again was delayed by 3 hours. He just made it in time for the rad trip to Florida. He put in a claim for compensation and waited two weeks for a response, now he is waiting for further news. You can't ring them its all done via e-mail. Anyone have any suggestion.

Hi Kim,

The first thing to do is read Vaubans guide to flight compensation, its full of usefull information and links.

Following that they will probably have to issue an NBA/LBA but a lot depends on the reason for the delay.
