With regards to Lloyds Online Banking when I registered I could use a nickname rather than a series of numbers.
If you log in at the top it says "Your Profile" and from the drop down menu there's an option to change your username there.
I have had a couple of issues where I've had error messages but that predominantly in the evening/early hours of the morning where I assume system updates are taking place.It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0 -
