Hello all,


Been a while for me on mse. The wife is getting worried about this one this time about a letter from Wright Hassall. This is how it reads,

I have batted these of in the past but as this one is in her name she cant grasp the situation. this letter she sent to me. because it states they are looking to seek a ccj etc she is rather annoyed. I shall continue to browse the WH name threads. I started this thread in the hope she might see what others have to say

    that is just a debt collector letter although I suppose Indigo may instruct WH to start court proceedings in the future, but ZZPS cannot as INDIGO is the claimant

    INDIGO have 6 years to try a court claim in the small claims court

    could you see the picture this time. I just wonder also what the chances are of indigo actually doing that. is there anything that I can do like contact complaints etc about the wording like seeking a ccj.

    yes I saw the picture and read it, a typical debt collector letter from ZZPS on WH headed paper, no proof that WH are taking you to court and issued an LBC, doesnt even look like an LBC

    AT THE MOMENT THE CHANCES ARE HIGH THAT ANY PARKING COMPANY WILL TRY COURT, MANY ARE DOING SO SINCE BEAVIS LOST HIS COURT CASE

    dealing with the wife is your problem, there are no guarantees in this game and the beavis case lasted about 2 years, 3 court cases and 11 judges

    ok so at the moment shall ignore it. it is wrong for them to state they look to seek a ccj. wife thinks that is a kind of lbc

    you can try complaining to various departments but I doubt it will do you any good, this is an unregulated industry where smoke and mirrors keeps it going and has done for some time

    until the government do something about it, nothing will change the scare tactics

    ok I just messaged the wife to say look leave it with me etc. she already came back with " but ccj etc" she thinks that they will take her to court.
    oh I also forgot to add that she wasn't the driver I was. so I have said that I can contact them to say I was the driver.
