Refused appeal for parking fine for a rented parking space

Hi. I need an advice. I searched through your forms and found lots of information but my situation is a little complicated and I just want to make sure I have a right way out of this.
Basicly I work for a company which operates little portable cabins located on various retail park parking and sometimes I need to travel between them to cover for someone. Company I work for rents space directly from stores that own the specific car park.
I have received few weeks ago a final notice parking fine from g24 company for overstaying on one of the sites in November last year. They wrote that it's too late to appeal but if I feel that I have not been given a Chance to pay within their deadline I should write at a given address. Of course I did write to them that I haven't receive any correspondence from them and explained that company I work for rents those parking spaces.
They wrote me back that they don't accept that appeal and I have to pay. So I phoned them and was told to send the same letter but address it to complain department. I have received an exactly same response.
All correspondence from them looks dodgy, there is no address or signature, it's not even on corporate paper.
Anyway. I have now received a demand letter from depth recovery plus Ltd and now they want even more money of course.
From my point I feel I have explained that these are rented parking spaces and gave them the opportunity to verify. It feels very dodgy that I would have no right to appeal as they said, especially that they failed no inform me that I was issued a fine and there is a deadline in the first place. All letters from them asked me not to wrote them back because they will ignore my letters.
I don't know what to do.

So you overstayed in a space that is leased to your employer?
Have you spoken to your employer about this? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Thanks for reply.

Ask your boss to have a letter sent from the company to g24 with a copy of the lease agreement, that the space is theirs between the hours of/dates of (whatever the lease agreement is) and that you were using the space as an agent of their company at the time of the alleged contravention.
Really though, if its a company space that you're getting harassed for, you shouldn't even have to ask your company this - they should be doing it off their own backs.
Btw, its not a fine. Courts, police, councils can fine you - private companies cannot. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Thank you. I have spoken with my boss and it seems that theytake care of employees tickets often. I wish I would have done it sooner.
What my boss said was to go with that ticket to manager of the store which operates the site and rents us the spaces and that store manager can make it dissappear. If it's too late for him to do so or he won't do it my company will be contacting g24 directly.
My last question is what happens if it won't be resolved within those 7days deadline to pay given by depth collector. I don't know how soon will my company come to agreement with g24 and I don't want my credit score to be affected. My boss seems determined to resolve this and even go on a court path with them if necessary (at least that's what he said) but in the meantime can my credit score be affected?
Thanks again for all replies0 -

Only certain things can affect your credit score - mainly goods/services obtained on credit (ie mobile phone contract, loans, mortgages). The only way for a private parking company "charge notice" to affect your credit history is if they take you to court, you lose and you also fail to pay the amount awarded within the time limit given (usually around a month). You keep using that word.
