Can't track a delayed diverted flight nov 2014

Hello, I was on a Ryanair flight Fr8474 on 30.11.14 which was delayed and diverted by many hours. I have tried to track this flight via many tracking websites but it says it is unable to be found. I have my flight refernce and an email from Ryanair apologising for the delay and divirertion but I want to make a claim but can't as it looks now that the flight doesn't exist.
Please can someone help. The flight was from London stansted to Poitiers France but was diverted to Nantes. Thanks

Presume you have checked flightstats and also fully read Vauban's Guide. With the information you already have you have enough information to submit a claim ..... what have Ryanair said so far? Given the time of year are you sure this was not a weather related problem? May also be worth checking Libhomeradar as whilst it confirms 8474 does fly to Poitiers (from STN) I have not checked the stated diversion to Nantes or indeed the return flight.
