    The burden of proof is with the complainant not Sky. As a result, she'll need to request a Subject Access Request (SAR) if Sky refuse to provide the transcript. A SAR costs £10.

    If he cancels the direct debit then the onus on proof will be the company perusing the matter in court (sky).

    Sky won't pursue it in court, they will just send it to a debt collection agency.
