CCJ removal after paying within 1 month

Hi all, newby here!
Long story short, I received a CCJ on 04/feb/16 and paid it within one month. I phoned the court who told me the CCJ had been cancelled.
Is there anything else I need to do to have it removed from my credit file or should they update on their own?
How long does it usually take?
Many thanks for any help!

The court will cancel the registration and it should not go on your file.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Some websites are saying I need to apply for a certificate of cancellation - is this true even though the court already said it was cancelled?
Sorry, just not sure how it all works haha!0 -
You may have to if the court has not otherwise been given proof it was paid by you or the creditor. However, you said the court said it had been cancelled, so sounds as if they have had proof and that step won't be needed.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thank you very much
hoping it doesn't take too long for this to reflect on my credit file!

Can take a couple of weeks to filter through if it's gone on there in the meantime.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
