BMW on finance. Any way out?

Called up and spoke with the finance department, I either wait 15 months and can hand the car back with nothing gained or lost. Or pay £5500 just now and hand the car back straight away. Looks like I'm just going to have to see out the 15 months.....

And I certainly won't be going for finance again! If I ever need help with buying a car, a loan rather than finance will be my choice!
