We have since decided we don't want a car on finance

My wife and i have decided we dont want children

So if anyone wants a 5 year old and a 6 year old, send me a message.

The point being you cant just "decide" you dont want a car on finance when you already have the car on finance and have no exit strategy for NOT having a car on finance other than "hoping" theres some clause out there that allows you to walk away scott free from a 5 year agreement you signed to finance a depreciating asset.

Fit some reversing sensors? Or a camera?

Is there such a thing these days as a BMW without rear parking distance sensors?

Or any other brand of car for that matter?

The latest BMWs can be specced with a total of 12 distance sensors, front and rear radar vehicle detection (nothing to do with speed detection) as well as front rear & side cameras as well as cameras on the mirrors for blind spots.

And that's as well as having optional parking assistance for both parallel parking and bay parking.

No excuses for parking errors nowadays.

But you could always hang a few old tyres around it - a bit like they do on fishing boats. ;)

Come on! Try and keep up at the back.
It's about time some of you clocked onto the same person posting various stories of woe almost always featuring a BMW .

Yeah that's what I was fearing, thank you for your advice! Will need to look into the contract and pray it had the voluntary 50% termination.
Why not just sell the BMW and take out a loan to cover the difference? The longer you keep it the more you'll lose. Make sure you sell it in the dark if it has dents and then it won't matter.
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

Do either of them fit up a chimney?
If they aren't scared of the dark, have hollow legs like my nieces and know one end of a brush from the other?
I could be interested in taking one off your hands.
