OK I know that this thread will disappear within a day but I just want to say that TalkTalk have got me a great deal (16.99 free phone, rent included, no limit broadband, ex directory, know who calls) for 18 months (12 ish for 12 and 22 ish for 6 months)

They messed up with the switch. And admitted it and have reimbursed me with no hassle and confirmation.

How good is that!

So thank you TalkTalk.
