Sentinel claims before 2005

Further to MSE's article on reclaiming SENTINEL card protection pre-2005 - do ring their offices. They were able to locate my details on the database, including my policy number and dates of scheme. I took this out through a credit card company so the very nice chap at Sentinel said he would send all my details to said credit card company to see if they would refund. I didn't have to write a letter - Sentinel were going to do that for me. Plus I now know all the dates of payments and my policy number if I have to take it up further. All before 2005 - so DO GIVE IT A TRY!
