Isn't that the same as all other providers though? More enticing deals to grab new custom? Not unique to TT. I've no first hand experience with TT, but I'm sure if you play the game that we all have to play every 12/18 months with our providers, you can get a deal that would get close or even match it.
I've never understood this 'loyalty' thing. There is no loyalty from either side. They want the most money they can make, and we want the best deal we can get.0 -

Now its the loyal customers that subsidize the savers .No real point looking after an existing customer who is going to use sites like this to look for better deals .0

I get that: Free Simply Broadband, free Medium Fibre and free SIM for 12 months. Just £17.70p per month for the first 12 months and then £35.20p per month thereafter. Problem is I didn't get the free SIM and my online account declares "You're a bit too quick for us" so I can't enable Caller ID and my Three contract ends in a week so I'll most likely go to a different mobile provider. "Shabby" is the word that comes to mind.0

Same here. Been loyal paying customer but they offer new customers better deal.
Complained to CEO. Just had conversation with manager from CEO office, waste of time.
BB TT just lost another customer. Keep it up TT share price isn't doing too well!!!0 -

You move to XYZ ISP and they will do exactly the same no loyalty bonus new customers get the deals .
Looks like move ISP{ contract ends Move for a new deal move back for new deal as new customer once contract expires .Silly really as they would prefer to overcharge those who are loyal and under charge those who are not loyal .0 -
They will try anything to get you back if not signed up to them.
Just had a few nice big golden coloured invite RSVP cards from BT asking me to sign up with them, good price for infinity one but only 40gb a month cap, no good to me.
I am with talktalk
total £42.45 a month.
line rental,Medium fibre, free international calls, anytime calls at £3.75 a month. sky sports up to start of Dec this year (that cost me £11 a month)
overall not too bad a deal I think0
