    Yes, the post was from a La Redoute person as they verified it via Facebook. They have promised to remove my email from all their lists but I am saying nothing until I know for sure that they have - after emailing them early this morning, I still received another newsletter around lunchtime today.....

    Anyway, if they don't stop then at least the ICO have my report and will take action.

    I have never known a company send so many emails - fair enough once or twice a month but with La Redoute it is every few days! I will keep you updated!

    I'm also having this same issue, i've been emailing them about this for a month now and still no joy, every time they tell me they've unsubscribed me but obviously not as i'm still receiving them.

    Thanks for the link to the ICO i will be using it.

    This is the email you need to send your request to unsubscribe to:

    emailmarketing@redoute.co.uk

    They have replied to both myself and booklover500 this morning saying they have blocked our email addresses in an attempt to stop us from receiving their newsletter. Hoping it will work for us and you too!

    La Redoute also sell customers details to other companies. I know this because I deliberately spelled my name incorrectly to use a discount code as a new customer and I received junk mail through the post from Ovo Energy with that name on.

    Well it's been a week and I have had nothing from them so I think they have finally stopped!!!

    I hope this is the case for BlueBella, Blondie82 and anyone else who contacted them on the address they gave us.
