Big problems, contacted helpline, much offshore company babble, promised as a loyal customer will be contacted in 48 hours, Ho Ho. EE getting rid of Orange customers before BT take over ? Must be a problem, it's on the BBC News web page.0

Accessed my inbox / archived stuff finally tonight via Linux/Firefox after many days of failure. Windows 7 still a dead zone, need some questions answered from BT/EE/Orange, not the usual lies and BS.0
