How do people fall for this sort of nonsense, unless they're vulnerable or ill? It's so obviously crooked.0

This is so stupid
Your not wrong there.0 -
I regard any company or any job title with the word 'Wealth' in it as highly suspicious - the only thing you can guarantee is that refers to their own wealth, not yours.I don't care about your first world problems; I have enough of my own!0

You do get Wealth Management specialists who do what their title suggests. Yes, they charge for their services but this can still earn better returns for their clients if they don't have the time/ inclination/ knowledge to do so themselves. So a win/ win - they make money and so do their clients - but you do need to have "wealth" in the first place, not just the odd ISA and a bit of savings.0 -
I can't believe how people fall for this
Does anyone know how and is there a chance to get my 3 K back for 3 day course i did, which was absolutely USELESS????? and what he gave us ont he list, was NEVER DELIVERED
Chargeback if you paid by debit or credit card.
Perhaps Section 75 if you paid by credit card.
See: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/visa-mastercard-chargeback/.
However you'd probably have to be very specific about what wasn't 'delivered'.
Saying the course was 'absolutely useless' probably won't be good enough.
However, if you have a contract or advertising material that says the course covers or includes x, y and z and it didn't you may have a case.0 -

Having read the post prior to yours I've got an inkling.0 -
I have been to two of the free seminars and kept thinking at the second one that the "wealth" that any of the speakers received was from being a speaker telling you how to gain wealth. The courses at thousands of pounds are the salaries for those speakers. They may invest in some stocks and shares, they may have numerous properties but not everyone understands or wants to gain money that way. I only went along to see if I could learn anything about passive income and if I could learn about using social platforms such as YouTube to promote my Tai Chi business. I got some ideas from it but I too got hounded on the phone by a pushy rep trying to get me signed up to a guerilla bootcamp up in Milton Keynes. I couldn't take the time off anyway and am very good at saying "no" to pushy people.0

I'd also like to know why John Lee felt the need to have a bodyguard at the second seminar that I went to. That, to me rang alarm bells.0

I went to one day of his free seminars and it looked like a scam straight away. I didn't return for the second day as it just seemed like a waste of my time. He doesn't have any knowledge he's just making people hyped about the money and makes them feel special without giving any helpful information. One tip he gave about Amazon it actually didn't work at all, he was talking about the link so you give it to others to buy products. Well I subscribed and it actually works only on successful websites and the Amazon had cancelled my link 😂.
I couldn't believe how people would run and pay thousands just like this... Clearly they must have already good money to pay £5 k for a little motivation course...
I'm guessing that many of those who were buying were actors, so that others will follow the crowd.
Think about it if he was really so successful why running the courses?!
That's his source of income.
I'm sorry for everyone who have joined him as this is a real scam.0
