Replacing Combi Boiler with System Boiler + Cylinder

I am replacing a combi boiler on the 1st floor with a system boiler and 250l cylinder on the ground floor. Therefore there needs to be adequate piping connecting the cylinder and boiler through outside the house.
I have bought the boiler (Vaillant) + cylinder (250l) = £1900
The plumber has given me a quote of £1500 for the labour charge of replacing the combi with the system boiler and putting a cylinder in the ground floor. I will also need to buy the spare parts for installation like wires, 2 port diverter valve, insulation material for pipe, 2 channel timer etc. He was saying that he will need to bring pipes from the ground floor > outside the house and then bring it to the first floor.
Am I paying too much or is this fair?
Thus to fit a new system boiler and cylinder - it will cost me around £3600?
PS : How much should I expect the spare parts to cost roughly? £200?

Seems reasonable. You prob would have got a better deal of you let the plumber supply the boiler and tank etc.0

Unless you got the boiler at a trade price, I agree with the above. RGI's also tend to stick to one or two brands and get 'incentivised' for purchasing them, which should also help to keep the cost down. It also avoids situations where faults develop under warranty and the RGI blames the component and not the install...No free lunch, and no free laptop
