Plusnet won't stop calling.

Last week I priced up a fibre deal on the Plusnet website but didn't complete it due to me working out I was still tied to BT until May (due to agreeing to a 12 month contract extension to keep the Caller Display option free).
Since then I have had several calls originating from Plusnet, none of which have made it through my TrueCall box. I wonder how long before they give up.
It might be a coincidence, but I also had call from a different Sheffield number that several websites suggest is a "you've won a free prize" scam. Makes me wonder if Plusnet have sold on my landline number.

Hi
I also priced up through plusnet & got a couple of calls. They wanted to see if I needed any assistance signing up or if I had any queries.
I haven't had any other nuisance calls though.

Same problem with Vodaphone. After a couple of calls I answered and told them I don't want to go with Vodaphone. No more calls.0

So your advice is to use your neighbour's number without their permission?
I expected that answer. I'm not even going to try. Can't teach someone who already knows everything.0
