At 59 in a 50 then it is borderline (+10% + 3 mph?)
Remember that being clocked at 59 means your speedo was probably showing 65+
Guidelines are 10% plus 2-9 mph dependant on the Police Force in question.0 -
Is there a sign saying it's 50? Saying you thought it was at least 60, was there is a national speed limit sign?0
