Sorry, misread your post and thought u were moving south of the border and losing your keeper defence.
Surely by forwarding your new address (with proof) and obtaining an acknowledgment of the change of address, they can't go sneakily to court and win a decree by default - but then, we are talking about VCS !!0 -
They could, but they'd hopefully get slapped pretty hard when you apply for the recall.
Whilst they wouldn't stand a chance in a defended case, I've no idea what happens if you don't defend it (because they've started it to an old address). I assume if it goes uncontested they'll get away with it.0
