    Give them 14 days to rectify the problem in writing and if they still don't show use the £100 to get a glazier in to do it for you.


    Don't know about London prices but a small frosted replacement glass panel should only cost around £25 with about 30 minutes labour.


    I paid £43 for a large double glazed panel with toughened glass for a front door and replaced it myself, it took me 40 minutes to replace so a pro should do it much quicker.
