Replacement windows

We moved into our house 3 months ago and as a first step knew that we had to replace the windows. So we had a look around at the local firms and got some quotes. Anyway, we found (what we thought was) a good local firm, that were reasonably priced and had good reviews on checkatrade.
Now they've done a good job otherwise, but there was a problem with the bathroom window. They, or the factory, ordered a clear pane. We arranged with them to pay what was owed less £100 on the understanding that they would replace this. They did turn up once after this with a frosted pane but it was the wrong size. Now they've disappeared into thin air: emails are answered and return visits arranged but never kept.
The question is do we just get someone else to replace this pane? Or should we bug them until they do it? And if so how?
