Is anyone else experiencing any problems with Virgin media?
It just seems to be one thing after another with them at the moment from not having a phone between 16 dec - 08 jan especially over the Christmas period to finding out today that I have been completely mis sold a product in November.
No customer loyalty left!

I'm a Virgin customer with their TV and Broadband and had no issues in the number of years I've been with them.:easter:0 -
High utilization area where i live meaning internet crawls in the evening despite people paying for a 100mbs service.
Unfit for purpose.
Been like this for 5 months with no end in sight, according to VM they are looking into it.0
