Delayed and Diverted

My husband has got a flight home today from Greece to Gatwick it took off an hour late and landed an hour and a half after it should of it was diverted via Budapest to refuel , can he claim back anything.

I have looked and some say about 1 hour delays some don't so just wanted to check.

Any advice would be great.

Ok I did think he couldn't but thought it best to check - I will look back through them all xxx

If the delay at the arrival airport was less than 3 hours there is no claim.

Unless your flight was re-routed - in which case there might be. (But not in this case.)
