Coming up for renewal - Better deal?

Hi,
At the moment I am on Plusnet Unlimited for £9.99 a month with Talk Anytime International 300 £7.50. Next year the line rental save will cost £185.88. Any recommendations for a better deal?
I wouldn't mind a package which includes an allowance for calls to mobiles but will look at packages without this.
Thanks for your help on this!

Have you spoken to Plusnet about any retention deals? Failing that, check out other supplier prices and don't forget to check Top Cashback/Quido and factor that into yearly cost.0

Plusnet will do your 9.99 broadband for 4.99 for a 24 month contract if you ask them0

...or even free broadband if you get the right person in Retentions !!0

I was in a similar position to you in January - initially I called PN Retentions with regards getting better costs, namely discounted BB and Anytime calls. First time around I had no luck and was prepared to change to BT Infinity. Before plumping for BT I rang Retentions again making note of an offer PN was running itself to gain new customers. On second try we got BB free, VLR for 12 months and anytime for about a fiver, together with a £50.00 cheque, in all our bill per month went up to approx. £17.00 PM all in, which was an increase on our original plan due to the fact we had cash back from both TopCashBack and PN itself, together with VLR much cheaper than that now on offer.
Better deals existed with BT, but were reliant on cash backs actually paying out, which is hit and miss to say the least.
So, check PN website for new customer offers, check which ISP's are available from your Exchange, qualify all deals available and then chat to Retentions - you may be surprised by what's on offer, but without asking and qualifying other deals you won't get much traction.0
