Mobile phone exit fee
Can anyone help me please.I gave 30 days notice to terminate my out of contract service( expired May 2015) with Orange/EE. mobile I have been charged £18.59 Port out termination .I can find no mention of this charge in my terms and conditions.Can anyone advise me please?

If you took a pac code you can't technically give them 30 days notice as the pac code expires 30 days after you request it.
So if you used the pac code you would have left EE before the 30 days notice is up which is why you would have a port out termination feeEx forum ambassador

The fee is the cost of the next 30 days after giving a notice or getting a PAC. A part of this amount usually has been already paid in advance.0
