Enjoy. Not envious at all (she said through gritted teeth) :D I'm trawling HE comparisons constantly at the moment but not coming up with much. I will though, I can be very tenacious ;)

Have you tried all the obvious and not so obvious sites? Are you looking for h/p together? I got theirs separately. I couldn't get lounge access but they wasn't bothered as hotel included breakfast. :D

Some more items that have gone up in price in M:(. The Baylis & Harding Beauticology Shower Cremes that were £2 are now £3. The £5 offer on the Actiff Bio Laundry Powder - 90 Washes has ended so that has gone to £6, although it's still cheaper per wash than Daz Regular 40. Terry's Milk Chocolate Orange has gone from £1 to £2. The Pot Noodles 4 pack offer ended so they've gone up. The new Pepperoni Sizzler pizza on introductory offer of £2 has gone to £3.25:(. The Al Madinah 1Kg dates apparently went up from £1.75 to £3.47:eek: about a month ago (I don't have them in any of the Ms I've checked, so just catching up with those now, only to find the price is now a lot more expensive). Apparently the 300g Strawberries are now the only fresh fruit & vegetables item worth buying in M:rotfl:. You may find whoopsies of fruit/veg. that may be worth buying - and, obviously, store-specific on those - but even some of those might have increased now that the regular prices of some of the veg. items have increased (or, rather, they are no longer on Easter veg. offer so the whoopsies don't have to be cheaper than those offers now:().

On the good side of the coin, though (although we have had individual cans a while back at 25p in A):

Princes Tuna Chunks in Sunflower Oil (3x80g)

    Store_2.15px.png
    £2.29 any 2 for £3.00 95.4p / 62.5p / 100g

    • Store_1.15px.png
      £2.25
    • Store_3.15px.png
      £2.25
    • Store_8.15px.png
      £1.50 *

    Of course.
Now £1 in M. RTC price - shouldn't work on TBG, probably would work on APG (in due course).

Holiday Extras - they have a free if you can find it cheaper offer on things like airport hotels, lounges, parking, car hire etc. With a bit of effort you usually can find it cheaper :D

    Hi HG,
I need to book an airport hotel. I have found it cheaper on alpharooms but it says alpharooms special rate. Have you experience in claiming back? And if so do you think this would cancel it out?
Thanks for any further advice x

Wainwright Ale has also gone up, from £1.25 to £1.65, according to m.com. I had two Ms showing £1.25 yesterday and one showing £1.65. Slim chance it may continue to work on the APG if they have a similar situation. It's just random. Problem for me is that the "£1.65" store was showing £1.65 on them last week, when they were still £1.25. So, I would have no clue from instore when I now see £1.25 in other stores. M.com has provided me the correct price, I think.

Not waffling at all FloFlo. I would add to P&O that their bar prices are very competitive. I found the staff on Royal Caribbean friendlier than P&O, and their food was good too with more up to date entertainment, so worth a try if you get a chance. (And if you get the cabin with the cows bottom, you get a free BJ every day ;) )

Moving onto Sainsburgs, does anyone know if wine counts as one of your 10 items please? Also, how much brand match do you get per bottle of coke, as dont want to go over the £10 limit. TIA

If the Yeo Valley bio live yoghurts and Kettle Bites offers renew on CS/COS/TCB tonight you can get them all free in Sainsbob tomorrow (they are all due to go to £1)

(TM - think how much closer you could get to that tea towel!!)

Your do realise that if we all troop off to Sainsburys in the morning with hope and great expectations in search of free bio yogurts and kettle bites and neither have gone to £1 there will be huge wailing and gnashing of teeth :rotfl:

    - especially from me as I have 2 weeks worth of recycling to take to sainsbobs and the wind keeps blowing plastic bottles round the garden but I keep putting it off until I have a good reason to do the 10 mile trip.

and one of my COS accounts is just below £20 so I keep wishing for a nice offer to take me over - I even bought the over priced collective yogs from Asda on Sunday - not even worth 25p after cashback :)

hornetgirl beat me to it! I've been trying to find somewhere at Dover for the night before my cruise, but no luck. Am considering an airport hotel, would still have a drive on the Sunday morning, but would halve the distance. Can't decide though!
