2 AvMs at 4:30 today... can't work out why one worked well but the other not (shops where sequential). Only difference is shop 2 had SP Kitchen Roll on and Shop 2 was also paid using voided APGs that were re-entered as Manufacturer Coups.

Are the Palmolive Invigoratings still RTC in A? As they are, as of all-important yesterday, £1 in M:D. May be three different fillers:D if they are still RTC in A (I assume you are on the old pricing system).

stores may update there prices early hours but that not certainly the only time the apg updates.

What time was each shop? They can't have been done at exactly the same time. The M price update must have been literally in between those two shops. Which goes back to my theory (indeed I understand that from what I was once told by A CS at HQ itself) that it is the time at which you shopped regarding M. Prices for M were updated on the system when you were doing your second shop. Unfortunately there is no way to know in advance when precisely that has happened. The M price update today must have been around 4.30pm (and in between your two shops - even if they are seconds apart, which I doubt - it's probably more like a few minutes at least - then the update hit the system literally in between those seconds. Glad we've clarified the precise time of the update today.:T:T:rotfl::j:rotfl: However, it doesn't help anything at all - as it is always a different time each time.)

Shop that worked...you checked out before the M prices were updated:T:D. Shop that failed...the M prices had been updated before you checked out:(. (Of course, it could have been the other way around if we had wanted the new prices rather than the old. Then a failed shop would have been one done too early.)

If apg updated their Morrisons data between your 2 shops that would account for the difference.

What are the times on your 2 receipts please? Maybe this info will help with next week's potential glitch shops?
