I think whoever managed to buy the Finish 56 tablets for 20p was very lucky. I haven't found them anywhere at present. Probably a bit like me finding the Quaker Warm & Crunchy at 50p in one M. However, I have only been in 7 As, over the days, to look for the dishwasher tablets. They will probably turn up in the 66th A I check:rotfl:. Tell you what though, I would rather have the box of dishwasher tablets for 20p than some Quaker Warm & Crunchy for 50p.

I may start on the M list or I may go for now. As regards my new posting, see you later - bye!

I finally found some in Cwmbran on the weekend - got really excited until they went through at £4 :rotfl:

Don't know if anyone has posted the Norwich Peregrine live feed link yet, eggs so far so looking good.

But they only got 2!!!!

Morning QRB and everyone else, not been here for a very long time as family life has got in the way, popped in very late last night for my first nosey in ages. I need some easter eggs as I heard yesterday that a local office was broke into (picture of broken office window was posted), and 170 eggs destined for children were stolen. Well it's backfired because I think they could well end up with more than 3 times that amount within a couple of days, thanks to the good nature of local people. I hope the glitch is still working later as I will be able to get them more than I originally planned.

Thinking of those in Brussels just now. :(

Belgium’s federal prosecutor has confirmed that the explosions at Brussels airport were carried out by a suicide bomber, according to broadcasters VTM and RTBF reported.

Morning all, still looks a bit muggy outside

I was looking at a Sun newspaper twitter feed this morning and I found mention of Sun perks.

Please can someone confirm or deny - you now only have to buy a newspaper and enter the code for daily membership - you don't need a monthly direct debit???

    It says

Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on Sun Perks, you can get a free coffee OR hot chocolate from Caffe Ritazza, Upper Crust or Pumpkin Caf!. Underneath there is a locator but mostly they seem to be on train stations

Simply get your voucher form Perks and present it at the counter of participating store!

so you download your voucher and print it off or show it on your phone.

has anyone done this? Reading it, it seems to be an ongoing event that we have missed

If so do they scan your voucher at the till or scan a QR code from your phone?
Is it the same identical generic code or barcode that everyone has?
Could it for example be screen shot so you could email it to your OH at work? or you might want a coffee en route to work and on the way home.

OK its not the best quality coffee or hot chocolate but in theory you could get one as you came out of the station to give to a homeless person on a blanket

    http://perks.thesun.co.uk/public-perks/2016-free-coffee-hot-chocolate-pumpkin-ritazza-upper-crust?CMP=spklr-_-Marketing-_-TWITTER-_-sunperks-_-20160321-_-Perksoffer-_-403711252-_-Imageandlink#.VvEInP9WIdV

It says load up a code to get 24 hour access so ideally if you entered your code in the afternoon that would give you a coffee that day and the next morning.

looking around the website there are masses of competitions, mostly for daily access. If you collect 15 codes in a month then you get access to a higher level of competitions and offers.

I'm a member on there but when I joined it was at the start, you just needed to collect 15 codes to get 1 months membership. When that offer finished you had to pay monthly, but didn't The Sun make offers of free kindle or free something else to entice people to join. I know this doesn't answer your question/s , I'll get to them in a moment :rotfl:

I've never paid, I just keep adding codes now and again as I've got 5 months worth banked, which they draw from for my next mi this membership.

Now, I enter comps, get freebies but never taken up the coffee offer due to the fact I don't have a shop local enough to me. Have just looked and this is a new offer, the offer that used to be on there showed 2 cups and saucers and didn't include Upper Crust.

It seems that I have no answer mhoc sorry to disappoint.

    Morning all x

I've been watching them over the winter coming and going, I got really excited when the first egg appeared :)
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

    Good morning all...

I am very much looking forward to Tiny's kitchen renovation pics...I remember our kitchen being done and its not an easy work round whilst its happening....but it will last for years and be worth it.
I can also totally relate to the loss of parents and the potential gap now...my dad died when DS was just 4 months old and before I was 30 and it always feels that he never got to spend time doing the grandparent things...my mum struggled with dementia for the last few years of her life too although I was then only in my 40's when she passed....both had such plans to be active grandparents together but sadly it never turned that way .....

Can I confess to not having a clue what these nerf things are...I never banned guns and things that fire or swords etc when the boys were young but its not something either was into so I guess these things just passed us by....
...and easter eggs well I have one each so that's enough for us...we are still munching our way through lots of the boxes of reduced chocs that were around after christmas and valentines.

Waiting in this morning for some scaffolders as we need to sort out our gutterings and weatherboards...but I dont think I'm in the mood to chat so I think I might just close the curtains and hide!!!
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend
