It's six weeks till my Op so I want to lose as much as I can. It went so well last time and I don't want my weight to affect my recovery this time.

Even if you don't lose as much as you want before the op, getting fitter and healthier will help. I should have lost weight before my big op last July, but didn't really. Was in too much discomfort from previous surgery, not in the zone at all. It's only since coming out the other side of this that I've been able to make the changes, and I definitely think it's down to feeling like I've got my life back.

I was not decided on the referendum until I heard they were going to fast track Turkey's entry to the EU as part of the refugee deal. Is this the start of a Easter campaign
