Shocking news but are we suprised after the capture this weekend of the Paris attacker. Expect airports to get more security.

Good morning Di and LS you're both such an inx
spiration to many. You have both done so well, long may it continue
Thank you so much, that's very kind. :)
    Morning all :)

Hope everyone has a lovely day :)

Fingers crossed for h&s glitch :)

Bubbs hope you are feeling a bit chirpier today x

LS glad to hear you sounding positive after everything you have been through x
Thank you, it's great to be feeling positive after such a long time. :)
Thanks LS a whole 56 pounds to shed. I've ordered a fit bit watch aswell to try to increase my activity although driving isn't my favourite hobby and parking even less so I do walk most places and then I'm walking Bobby too I thought that would have made a difference but hey ho.
It's six weeks till my Op so I want to lose as much as I can. It went so well last time and I don't want my weight to affect my recovery this time.
Even if you don't lose as much as you want before the op, getting fitter and healthier will help. I should have lost weight before my big op last July, but didn't really. Was in too much discomfort from previous surgery, not in the zone at all. It's only since coming out the other side of this that I've been able to make the changes, and I definitely think it's down to feeling like I've got my life back.

TM thank you for your lovely comment too. :)

A bit of a glitch on these.:)

    £25000116108961_130_IDShot_4.jpeg

    690G

    Frozen

Birds Eye Field Fresh Garden Peas & Supersweet Sweetcorn(3)

    £2.00

The multi is missing off the group they are in, 2 for £3. Sorry I don't have a link to the offer in A., but if you look on msm it will show all the other products in the group.

These should compare to T. at £1.50 each, so after apg should cost 85p a bag.:)

I don't know who is doing all this, but we tend to make assumptions and the obvious one is an Islamic terror group, be it ISIS or Al Quaida. All this can only be made worse by admitting Turkey to the EU.

I was not decided on the referendum until I heard they were going to fast track Turkey's entry to the EU as part of the refugee deal. It is obvious that Turkey have manipulated the EU by handling the refugee crisis as they have. As far as I am concerned the idea of letting such a corrupt country/regime even think about joining the EU is an athema, and proves that the EU is only interested in power and it's own dreams of being a superstate.

For that reason I am now voting out.

I totally agree with you. When I read in the paper what Turkey would be wanting out of all this, I felt sick because it's only going to matters much worse.

Talk about being taken hostage :(

Those poor people today in Brussels, it is horrendous but it is only the start of their campaign, whoever they are.
