Good morning Elite :hello:
Cold start here, but, what is that I see? A yellow balloon, no 'Tis the sun breaking through. Ah, let's hope today is going to be good for all
I'm up early because after talk of replacing my 2 garage doors I remembered my car is going in for service. The garage are collecting it between 8am and 10am, so I'm just popping to Mr T for a couple of things
In that respect I'm hoping the eggs don't glitch today, I've no way of getting there. I could ask dh to walk there I suppose :rotfl::rotfl:
On the other hand I hope they do glitch, so you lot can get them :rotfl::rotfl:
Right, coffee then off I go XThere's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0 -

Thanks LS a whole 56 pounds to shed. I've ordered a fit bit watch aswell to try to increase my activity although driving isn't my favourite hobby and parking even less so I do walk most places and then I'm walking Bobby too I thought that would have made a difference but hey ho.
It's six weeks till my Op so I want to lose as much as I can. It went so well last time and I don't want my weight to affect my recovery this time.0 -

I mentioned on here quite a few weeks ago that I was going to get a fitbit and I think the idea of them is brilliant but I have had to stop wearing mine ( must remember to call them) I started getting pins and needles in my arms and just felt exhausted as I started waking loads in the night which I never do. Anyway I haven't worn it since Friday and have slept perfectly and the pins and needles have stopped and I don't think its a coincidence x
Just to add I think there's a problem with mine and they are not all like thisOne cannot change the past, but one can ruin the present by worrying over the future.0 -

Interesting, I'm not sure what you mean about walking in the night. Do you mean dreaming about walking or actually getting up and doing it:eek:
I didn't know you wore it for 24 hours a day. I'd be interested to hear what their reply is. Mine hasn't arrived yet.0 -

:rotfl: waking in the night not walking, I got the charge hr and it suggests to wear it at night to get more accurate readings, I did edit my last post to say I think there is something wrong with mine and I'm sure yours will be okay as my dds teachers have one with out the hr and say they haven't had any problems xOne cannot change the past, but one can ruin the present by worrying over the future.0
