The gingsters free pack MOCs won't scan in Saindbobs either and they come up with the not valid excuse.

A few if us have made comments on their FB page but not had a proper response :(

I used 10 of these yesterday in two different shops, and all scanned fine, strange isnt it ? :)
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

I don't think it exactly worked!
I think salad dodger is on the new pricing system, so the price charged when ordering online yesterday, is what is on the apg.

Fortunately for him/her, their store was out of stock, so they didn't have to pay this price for them, but still have the large apg.

Perhaps they already knew there wouldn't be any stock left!!
I'm new to all this so no idea what system i'm on lol
I went in store last night and bought the last 2 packs. I then did a CC for 9am-10am today.
So i assume i'm on the new system? is that how it works :p

You do know that this is a total myth ?

    Alcohol and antibiotics ?

Perfectly OK and doesn't stop them working at all.

The idea was "invented" by and pushed by doctors when treating "certain infections" (eg. the :T - for which originally they were more likely to be prescribed than anything else) to hopefully reduce certain interactions between men and women that they believed happened more frequently after consuming some of the falling down juice.

It was a concept, removing a perceived contributing factor, designed to give the antibiotics more time in which to do their work before perhaps less permanent "relationships" were resumed.

    ;););) Yes but don't tell Fourp :) - he is a nasty drunk :(

  • So am i right in believing that if u are on the new system that u pay the price when you place your order as opposed to when it is picked/delivered?
Somebody spoon feed me, i'm sinking here! ;)

In Sainburys? Did you use a manned till or self scan?

I went through self scan first time and the SSS put the ammount it. Next time I went through a manned till and the unhelpful assistant said no - take your MOC to CS. So I just got her to remove it from the bill - I wasn't going to stand at another queue at CS with a sausage roll and MOC to be told no again

    Good afternoon all...

late today...but at least I'm checking in.

Its one of those days where I had a wobble this morning ...but I've come through it...sadly not in time to get to A to get shampoo but even though we are down to our last 2 bottles I'm sure there will be another glitch another time....

good to see the glitches unfold over the day...well done to all those who took the time to find them, and those that tested and posted results.

Thanks FK and frequent for the persil info....the new packs were on the shelf, but they had left the old stock up high :j
I managed to get my pick up coupons accepted in sainsbobs eventually, after I showed them their very own coupon policy on my phone. I did call head office once home but did not get the cast iron clarity that I needed for future use....but he did give me 500 nectar points, for my inconvenience. Think I will get the rest in M
