I don't think I have stated that I am the driver yet I have just appealed.

Just because I have appealed against the PCN, does this effectively rule out the possibility of having this PCN revoked because they were late?

You have wasted the POFA argument about the late PCN and have chucked it in the bin, if in your appeal you said stuff like 'I couldn't have paid and displayed' or 'I went there for dinner, it was pitch black and completely missed signs telling me to register my Reg no at reception'.

So did you say 'me/myself/I' when talking about what happened? That's not the recommended way to appeal and we hope you did not.

    Let's see your draft.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Thank you all for your advices. I am pleased to say I have successfully persuaded the hotel to have the PCN cancelled.

    I really appreciate your help.
