Moonpig are been slagged off left right & centre today as well for ruining mothers day
any decent mother wouldn't care a hoot if something didn't arrive"If I know I'm going crazy, I must not be insane"0 -
People seem unable to accept that sometimes things just go wrong! So it's always a 'catastrophe' when it's your order (Well it's not a catastrophe - is it!)
Just because something goes wrong does not necessarily mean that it is a bad company.
If something goes wrong, and the company apologises and refunds your ACTUAL loss, i.e, money, then that's that!
Some people think that they are the company's only customer, forgetting that they doubtless send out many thousands of orders and inevitably, there WILL be a small percentage of deliveries where a problem occurs.
Just accept that and get over it!0 -
Just love Brooke's feet lol !!0

Chris, as a florist myself I hope you have learnt a valuable lesson from this. Eflorist, like all relay services are a complete rip off for the customer and the florist. If you order directly from a florist local to where you would like the flowers delivered you will get excellent value for money. Start with a google search, don't click on the adds at the top they are all relay services, scroll down and find an independent florist, by checking out their website you can get a feel for the type of florist they are. Choose one you like and call them the old fashioned way. They will be able to help we are a friendly bunch.
You will get what you expect, your loved one will get what they deserve and you will be supporting local independent florists and our wonderful towns and villages. Relay companies are only concerned about profit and squeezing everything they can out of everyone they can!0 -

While I would love to support independent florists, the problem is that too few have decent websites showing what's available. A verbal description of a bouquet of flowers really isn't that helpful to many people, they want to see pictures, and ideally be able to order online. That's why relay services are proving so popular.0 -

But on Mothers Day actually visiting their Mother and giving them flowers you chose from the local florest is a lot more thoughtful.
If your just sending your Mother a "I don't care enough to visit you but heres some flowers". I really don't think what they look like really matter's that much!!.0
