Pull out the washing machine, open the door and grab the top of the opening
A bit of hand soap on the floor will help it slide.
Once you can see behind it is likely to be a hose thats leaking connected to the washer water outlets.
If it is they have red or blue levers, turn the leaver where the pipe connects to the water pipes to turn the water off to the washer.
Check the tightness of the pipes with a wrench where they screw on to the outlets and see if the leak stops when you put the water back on, often they just need a nip up to stop the leak, its an urban myth they only need to be "hand tight" they dont they need a nip up to stay sealed.

I had this happen on New Years Day, wet floor, and when I checked my washing machine the drum was full of water and was seeping out onto the floor. Have you looked in the drum of washer?0

Washing machine feed connection was the cause of my damp kitchen, it was an apparently insignificant drip but it builds up over time. PTFE tape has cured it for now although I suspect eventually a new tap will be required.0
