Bt bb too good to be true?

I have been looking for broadband and have found tcb are offering 121.20 cashback on bt bb and calls and bt are also offering 50 on a prepaid card which brings the bb which is 17.99pm line rental and 5pm for calls so 275.88 over 12 months and after cashback 104.60 over 12 months.
This is the cheapest i can find but is it right?

BT Broadband has varying prices + Line Rental + Calls .
Your cashback as always depends upon the terms and conditions and the reliability of the cashback site .
If you go through a cashback site you may not get a BT offer included .0 -
yes i went through quidco. Got £150 cashback, £75 sainsburys giftcard and reduced broadband for the year so paying line rental at about £17 and £5 for unlimited broadband This is on a 12 month contract
So after the cashback and giftcard im paying about £59 for the year0
