Thanks to everyone who did provide (helpful) answers, even if they were not fully detailed first time around. I can look into it now.
As for those who have to respond with unnecessary sarcasm or negative chat, I have responded appropriately and lets all move on

What? Like when I answered your original question giving you advice as to what documents you could try? Remember this:andyuk2005 wrote: »You really aren't a very nice person are you? So sad

Yes, really not nice to the extent that I sometimes wonder why I bother. But then some people seeking help are really grateful which makes it all worthwhile.0 -

To be honest. There are a number of regulars here who contribute a lot of these forums, and although I have taken a back seat in the last couple of years, I once answered the same questions day after day.
Its honestly pure laziness. Google is a wonderful tool and would have made the original question answered in less than 10 seconds.

Googling "How to reclaim savings interest tax", the first result is what is required.
It is incredibly frustrating that even though le loup answered your question in the first post, you still then questioned it. The answer was there, and you didn't even need to post the question here, as Google is your friend. It's pure laziness on your behalf.0 -
Yes, but your reply wasn't detailed enough. You really should try harder next time. It simply isn't good enough customer service. If I were the OP, I'd refuse to pay anything for the advice I'd received here... oh, wait. What? Like when I answered your original question giving you advice as to what documents you could try?
