yep, that will do, although I would have said "the driver visited petstore etc" and "the driver returned later to buy a tank" etc

but its ok as it is

now get that blue text appeal in my previous reply into "not so smart after all" asap , preferably online

ps:- REMOVE your pcn number from the last post, plus any other personal info

so EDIT post #13 now , ASAP

please do not put anything that identifies you on this public forum where 7 billion people can read it, this includes pcn numbers, names , addresses, VRN details , email addresses, mobile phone numbers , etc

come on man !! think !

put in your details as OWNER, which is keeper , do not allow them to use DRIVER as the appeal options

so OWNER , or REGISTERED KEEPER , or KEEPER

THE BLUE TEXT ABOVE GOES INTO THE APPEAL REASONS

fill in your personal details as well, online (not on here)

Probably the call from the pet store scared them off

Under pofa 2012 they can also chase the keeper for payment, but only if they follow the correct procedure and protocol. If they don't, then they can only go after the driver - which they won't have a name for, unless u tell them of course.

It was to cover you in case you needed to appeal further to POPLA. Would have given the 'keeper' a winning POPLA point a driver can't use.

But you didn't need it, that's great news!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
