Current Sky Broadband Deal

Following advice from a friend if mine I contacted Sky via chat to check what speed I was likely to get over copper. It turned out to be much lower than the max and was unacceptable. However, I did get offered 12 months fibre broadband for free plus no charge to implement fibre though I did get charged for phone line conversion and router delivery. BTW I had obtained a code for the current offer.
