I use a glass and weigh it before hand and then just fill it with tany liquid I need to measure:syrup, honey ,jam........half scottish half italian :100%moneysaver0

I keep golden syrup in the fridge. If I need to weigh it I spoon it into the scales, noting how many spooms it is. then next time I can just do it by spoonfulls. I find if it is cold I can scrape it off the spoon wiht a knife without much mess. The opposite if what everyone else does I know. But it works for me.Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination:beer:
