Phones 4 U - Deal or No Deal?!!

I am off to uni shortly and would like to change to a contract mobile phone deal. I have been looking on the internet and there appear to be some really good deals available...

On the Phones 4 U website, there seems to be the best deal around but also it does seem too good to be true!!!

A Samsung D900i is available on a 12 month contract at £40 per month with 500 minutes and 500 texts but with 11 months free. Claim forms are apparently supposed to be issued at quarterly intervals for you to send back to receive your chequeback after these periods. In effect, over the course of 11 months the customer would receive £440 chequeback and would only pay £40 for the final month. Does anybody know if these claim forms are actually sent and paid to customers? Is this a really good deal (perhaps relying on many people forgetting to claim) or is it all just a con??!!!
