It could be a spoof email contained within the email though so don't click on it. hover over it and look in bottom left of screen to see if its the true email or webaddress

Just to update -

I called the main customer service number from Currys website this morning and they confirmed that the email was legitimate and that it is part of a fraud check on the item I bought (camera).

I then called it and they confirmed their details etc, but now my camera won't be delivered until tomorrow! :mad:

I explained that sending an email at 9.15pm at night with no logos etc seemed a little strange so who knows if they'll take that on board.

On a positive, if anyone else has the same concern Google should point them in the direction of this thread. You've solved an unknown
