TalkTalk...Can I be a new customer?

I know many people will be surprised with this but I am with TalkTalk now and moving house in two weeks and would like to sign with them again in the new house as a new customer to benefit from a good deal they offer to new customers. I am out of contract now so I will be terminating the service when I leave this house. I am thinking if I sign with them again at the new address I will not be treated as a new customer and will not get the discount. Can we get the contract in the new address in my wife's name? she is a housewife..will that be a problem? will they need a credit search?
Before you ask, I would like to stay with TT because of their international call offer which I use alot.

Why installation fees? the house has BT line...I did not pay installation fees when I joined TT two years ago0

try them then ! crafty way of getting the b/band money back ,
actually , I am wrong , My 38meg FIBRE had come to an end and there offers for customers were pathetic , so I said if I leave you on a Monday , can I come back as a new customer on a Tuesday
they insisted that an engineer would have to come out to my box , and there was a £49 fee
for basic ADSL there will not be any fees , apart from a modem/deliverySave a Rachael
