Can someone advise me if these are better/cheaper than storage heaters?

In the summer I use about 3-4 day units and 3 night units per day.
In the winter the night units go up to around 17 per day, sometimes as high as 30.

Night units cost 3p on British Gas econ 7.

365/2 days, 20 units per day, 3p per unit
that gives £110.

I never use the top up. I run the units at about 6/10. My flat is well insulated and cooking/ironing heats it up quite well.

Which brands of storage heaters would be the best to buy. Also will they have an effect on my alarm if they are on at the same time
