In a few paragraphs he/she manages to explain really clearly about Bank of England interest rates and the whole borrowing procedure between the banks and how it in turn affects us. The whole credit crunch issue in the states and it's consequent effect on our economy is front page news at the minute and I, for one tend to get lost in all the jargon. NSR2 has really helped me to understand!
