BT Landline needed.

I cannot believe how unhelpful Customer Services are with both BT.
Sales departments work 100% to sell you a product. Written confirmation comes through next day. Unfortunately, actually getting you a landline connection is beyond most companies. I have wasted about 3 weeks trying to get my parents landline active. I have wasted hours trying to get the truth out of BT. BT pass you from department to department. Why? If you want customers, just give them the service. Something is very wrong. BT cannot deal with a landline connection anymore.

Go with a different company then..:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
