I'm not one to encourage this, but in this case I would, monitor the same vehicle that parks in that spot for weeks/months and well do as you wish when time is right, but do it different (try and not get caught by a witness, cover up etc).

the occupier of the parking bay wont know the driver, just know the car he/she vanadalised.

best do this when you change cars. so the initial culprit wont know who to hit back.

Recently I witnessed one driver gets his windows smashed and 4 tyres slash and a message scratch on the body saying "don't park in my spot" ater the driver mistakenly parked on a assigned estate parking bay. The guy moved to the area new and had no idea.

This is a strange one after thinking about it, "don't park in my spot" well you just slashed the tyres so unable to move :T

A useful fact that not everyone knows - brake fluid is a highly efficient paint stripper ("serious" mode - if you're ever changing your own brake fluid, make damn sure not to spill a single drop on any painted surface - I learned this lesson the hard way with my first car, many moons ago ). It's easily available, and cheap to buy. With the added advantage that it can't possibly incriminate you if you buy it from Halfords or wherever, as it's a routine service item.

Not that I condone such ideas, of course :rotfl:
