Account switching bonus minimum term

I've just got my £150 from First Direct and so was looking to do another switch but I'm worried that if I move to quickly then I might jeopardise my bonus. I can't see anything in the terms but to be honest I'm pretty poor at reading these documents and also a bit paranoid. Now I have my bonus am I free to move along or does anyone know of a minimum term or anything like that?
