Vista is fine.

Induction is all done though Yahoo Messenger with your Senior Researcher. It takes about 45 minutes and he/she just takes you through the software 'live' and then you have a week to answer 30 questions. They are then marked and that becomes your first review. Important things are length of answer, spelling, grammar and content.

Absolutely nothing to be nervous about, they are doing it all the time with new starters and everything is explained clearly.

no your questions in the tests should be answered already, unless they are testing your gramma, spelling etc.

I am also in the process of applying and received a copy of Test 2 with the questions listed above already completed.

I was planning on answering the questions how I would have if they had been blank, and highlighting in my reply e-mail that answers had been provided for those questions. I actually disagree with one of the answers which was given, which made me think that it could be a test.
