Vodafone SIM only Amazon £60 voucher

Hi there,
I was just wondering whether anyone had got the 12 month SIM only deal with Vodafone which included the £60 amazon voucher - think it ended on 31st January 2016. Does anyone know about the process for claiming the voucher who within how long a timeframe it gets emailed to you?

DON'T stay with Vodafone - they will rip you off and waste a lot of your time and money. I took my SIM only number to another provider, and they tried to charge me £2,600!! It has taken three months of calls and letters to try to sort it out. If you have a similar experience to me, it'll cost you a lot more than £60 of Amazon vouchers.0

I haven't received this either!
I ordered mine on 26/01/16, so I looked back at the past weekly email (I'm new to forums so can't post with links) and followed both links that were there, but the Vodafone site is no help, and the MSE mobile deals site has been updated since then.
I thought it was supposed to be within 90 days...
Would be great to hear from anyone who received or has successfully claimed their voucher?
On another note, I've had no problems with Vodafone in my first 3 months...
