Co-Op rewards

Options
Hi all

I signed up a couple of months ago to the Co-op rewards programs.

I have met everything they need for two months, 4 DDs (via Tesco bank), in/out of a £1000 (that's what I do) but login to the banking App/Website.

No reward so far for March...

When does it usual get applied to the account?

Did you not get an email last month telling you which criteria you failed to meet.

Indeed I did, but I met them all. As a one off, I didn't bother calling them. But now it's happened again I shall call them.

I get mine in the form of vouchers sent annually. Usually around the beginning of June.

    .. Well just called them.

The nice lady asked if this was my 'Main bank account' -- I replied honestly and said no.

She said the direct debits setup don't appear to be valid for the £4 reward. These are simply Tesco savers for a quid each (4 of them).

Anyone else using Tesco saver DDs to "meet" the DD requirement?

That's interesting about using DD from Tesco Saving account. We all do that but I do tend to have them higher at £5. Still this just confirms to me that co-op rewards is just not worth the hassle. Barclays and Halifax do similar with less hassle IMO.

4 different accounts OP? I was banking on 3 x Tesco and a YBS (ex Egg) being OK. Like a previous poster, mine are a little bigger at £7-15 each.

That's from points for being a member of your local Co-operative retail society!?
